When necessary, the studio also partners with carefully selected outside consultants to ensure unique and personal projects of the highest quality. The studio's identity is rooted in collaborative research and design to offer tailor-made products and unique experiences that exceed their customers' needs and expectations. Each project has its own identity and context. At Teresa Sapey + Partners, one might say that every design is made to measure. Like a tailor, the Sapey team cuts colors, patterns, textures, materials and lighting to craft urban and architectural clothing imbued with vitality and dynamic functionality. The studio is renowned for its versatility. The team has designed tailored residential, commercial and retail projects; helped renovate unused urban spaces, including parking lots, bridges and tunnels; and created attractive temporary and permanent installations. Some of its most notable hotel projects include Room Mate Bruno in Rotterdam, Room Mate Pau in Barcelona, ??Nhow in Marseille and Amor de Dios in Madrid.
