Studio Lissoni - Matthias Hick
Born and raised in Germany, in 1983 he studied Graphic Design in Hamburg and later completed an internship in Metal Design, being the second best German student. From 1986 to 1991 he specialised in industrial design, painting and sculpture at Braunschweig's Fine Arts University and graduates in Industrial Design at Hamburg's Fine Arts University.
In 1990 he sets up the STYX Design and Interiors Studio and specialises as a Designer, Painter and Sculptor. He recently completed a Master's degree in Metal Design and joined Lissoni Associati in the role of Artistic and Creative Director, supervising international design and interior furniture projects. He shares his time between Miami and Milan working as a designer, photographer and painter.
