Italian designer Francesca Smiraglia lives and works in Milan and southern Italy. Born in 1983, she graduated in 2008 in Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Milano with a specialization in product and lighting design. She is always constantly looking for ways to improve her knowledge and develop new methodologies of “design thinking”: her training begins with product development of furniture and lighting fixtures and then she focus her job on lighting design to achieve greater awareness of light. She currently works as lighting designer, mainly for Interior design, retail and hospitality industries and also as a product designer in particular thinking of products that explore the conceptual and anthropolo-gical sphere, the relationship between human and environment, considering formal aesthetics of the products focused on the interaction with them and their functionality.View All Products
